Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railway Heritage Range

Bowaters Models are proud to announce our Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railway Heritage Stock Range of kits for 16mm scale Garden Railways. The range will consist of 5 coaches all covering 5 members of the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways Operational Fleet circa 2017. The Range includes a range of coaches allowing you to built a dedicated train from 2 to 4 coaches long or extend a train of our range of FR/WHR Modern Coaches to the full length.

The range is designed to be easy to assemble while still producing a scale model for operation with the various 16mm Live Steam and Battery Electric Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland items of Motive Power. The Coaches are designed to run on both 32mm and 45mm track (TBC) with a minimum radius of 4ft 6 inches.

As with all our current products, the kits will be available complete with couplings and HGLW bogies in the gauge of your choice (produced under license) except for Coaches 15 and 16 which are 32mm gauge only.
