The South African Railways Class 91 was a class of 2ft gauge diesel built for operation on the Avontuur line out of Port Elizabeth in the eastern cape. These engines at first operated alongside then replaced the Beyer Garratts which were then sent to work on Natal. Until recently, most of the class survived however in recent times, a number have been scrapped with a number surviving into preservation. It features laser cut construction, 3D printed sections and plenty of etched detail! It’s suitable for 32mm gauge and 45mm gauge. The engine features PDF Models power units and comes complete with Accucraft Chopper Couplings as standard! Its due to be released in late 2019.
Coming 2020, Ffestiniog Railway Hibberts Upnor Castle and Conway Castle. Both will be suitable for 32mm and 45mm gauges coming complete with Chopper couplings and a PDF Models Chassis. Information to follow as these progress.
